Embracing Change
I have changed over the last two years. The last two years have changed me. Getting to know Jesus better has changed me.
As a result of all this change, I found myself not really knowing who I was or where I was going. I knew I felt better, I knew this path was good, I knew I could trust where Jesus was guiding me but I felt stuck.
I didn’t know how to acknowledge the change and fully let go of what was and embrace what is.
Change is hard, it feels weird and scary and the world we live in isn’t really designed to support unique personal growth, the world just wants us to stay the same.
I have learned the most fulfilling life is one filled with challenge and growth, in the walk of following Jesus.
In this world there will be trouble but take heart! I have overcome the world. John 16:33
Embracing the change and challenge that comes with following Jesus, is to fully trust Jesus.
To embrace my change I needed help. In January I prayed for help, I prayed for guidance, I prayed for a life coach. A few weeks later Melanie Gall approached me with an opportunity of trade of services, 4 life coaching sessions in return for sharing my experience with her on social media. Call it what you want but I call that, a God thing.
The last few months of life coaching with Mel, will forever be a pivotal moment in my life. For me to move forward and truly be new and changed, I needed to heal so much from my past, I needed to embrace my stories without judgement and shame, I needed to allow myself to go back and understand my stories.
This was work I wasn’t even aware needed to be done and I couldn’t have done it on my own. Melanie Gall is truly gifted in Christ Centred Life Coaching and being a thought guide.

My walls are coming down!
I am uncovering my story and understanding myself better.
When I journal, my story flows with more clarity, less shame and less judgment.
I have a better understanding of who I am to Jesus and how He loves me.
This allows me to step into my purpose with more confidence and joy!
I feel more free, the healing of Jesus flows through me like living water and it’s not a one and done. Our world is broken and I am imperfect so to continue to grow, I need continued guidance. I have never been more excited to follow Jesus and learn to walk out my Kingdom purpose! I am grateful to have Melanie to help me along the way.
