Four Ways To Enjoy Shakeology
We love Shakeology in our home, its always on the grocery list. First, we love the taste and I love that it provides our bodies with a daily dose of dense nutrition; plant protein, probiotics, prebiotic, adaptogens and vitamins. I feed my kids Shakeology, I am not a doctor so you should do your own research but I feel comfortable giving it to them and have seen it improve their gut health and bowel moment regularity. I have been making big changes to our diets and Shakeology has become an important part of ensuring we get in all the good stuff each day.
Breakfast Shake - this is how Tyler and I drink Shako most mornings
Into a blender
2 green containers frozen spinach or kale
2 purple containers frozen fruit of choice
2 scoops Shakeology flavour of choice
2 scoops natural peanut butter
cover all ingredients with water and blend
Pudding
1 scoop Shakeology flavour of choice into a bowl
Pour in very tiny amounts of your favourite milk and begin mixing the powder and liquid.
Continue to add liquid to achieve your desired pudding texture.
Top with hemp hemp hearts, cocoa nibs, chia seeds and if its dessert pudding chocolate chips.
Oats
In a bowl
1/2 a yellow container of oats
1 scoop natural peanut butter
1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
A drip of maple syrup
Hot water to mix and achieve desired thickness
Decaf Cafe Mocha Latte
In a blender
1 scoop Cafe Mocha Shakeology
1 scoop Dandy Blend
1 scoop coconut oil
1 1/2 cup hot water
Close the lid of the blender then cover that with a dish towel and hold the lid down while you blend. Be cautious when blending hot beverages, that the blender does not explode and burn you with hot liquid. You could use an emersion blender I just don’t have one right now.
