Easy Kale Soup

Kale Soup Recipe
2 big bunches of kale
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 onion
4 cups chicken stock
1 can coconut milk
Salt and pepper
Curry powder to your liking
Simmer everything until tender then transfer to the Salton blender and blend!
