Lead Alongside Me
I am called to leadership.
I used to shy away from this calling, I felt ashamed of it. Now I recognize it as a gift, leadership through service is a responsibility and blessing. We all have a different gifting and when we step into those gifts, we can all work together beautifully to accomplish amazing things.
I used to think leading was done by living perfectly, keeping everything in line. What I am learning is that leading is more of showing up as ourselves and trying our best to do what needs to be done, despite the imperfections we face each day. Its amazing, just like motherhood has developed new skills in me, my leadership roles has caused me to be more accountable and disciplined in different areas of my life.
I have created a community for my Beach Body Clients where we are all working together to achieve our wellness goals. We share our challenges and successes and cheer each other on each day.
I have started a similar community for my Beach Body Coaches. We work together on our leadership skills not to be perfect but to improve for our family, friends and community so we can serve others and lead by example. It is my passion to work with other leaders, others feeling called to live a fuller life and who want to design their own path. The Beach Body community that I am apart of has so many wonderful resources available to help me advance myself personally and professionally and I am excited to extend that further as I build my own team.

Let’s do this together. I know first hand stepping into any kind of entrepreneurial/leadership role can be scary, fear still creeps its way into my mind some days too. I am happy to fight that fear though because I see the big picture and long game and the fulfillment in the everyday from living my life this way.
