Mom Jeans & Crop Tops

Mom jeans and crop tops go together like peanut butter and jelly to me. There are so many cute crop top styles to choose from but if it were not for the mom jean, I wouldn’t be going for them.

I have been gravitating toward high rise denim styles for the last two years for a few reasons; 1. I love the feel of a high rise jean, it makes me feel like everything is tucked in, 2. I have short legs and a higher rise waist always elongates my legs, 3. It allows me to confidently wear crop tops.

What is special about the Jane High Rise Mom Jeans from Lace and Charm, is that they have a nice straight relaxed leg with no stretch. I love the relaxed vibe achieved with this kind of denim, it holds on in all the right places but not too tight. I tried two sizes on when choosing these jeans, a size 25 and 26 and with the advice of Christina (Head LC Doll) I went a size up for the perfect fit. I wear anywhere between a 25 and 27 depending on the denim brand, I hope this helps with your size selection.

I am not shy about crop tops because I am afraid to show my stomach, I wear a bikini all the time. I just feel for my personal style and everyday attire, a tiny slice of my midriff is appropriate.

The Glenna Vintage Floral Crop Top is a modest crop with a delicate floral print and feminine wrap detail that is flattering on any bust. It is finished with a tiny bow to the side and hidden buttons to keep the shirt in place throughout the day.

This look is topped with the Heather Interlined Earrings which add so much girly fun to the outfit. My low wedges from Call It Spring bring attention to the frayed hem on my jeans. I cant wait to wear this outfit more.
