Twirling Into Spring

As soon as I put on this two piece outfit from Lace & Charm I was twirling and skipping and just feeling all the girly vibes. The colour is the most perfect robin egg blue, the stripes are fun, the ruffles make me happy and the skirt makes me want to move like a happy little girl. I picked this outfit up from River Bank & Co, a collective boutique that showcases a variety of Lambton County vendors. I first saw this outfit on Christina Quek-Slippy’s Insta Stories (she’s the Head LC Doll and if you want some fun BTS fashion content, you want to follow her) and LOVED the style, I knew I wanted to add it to my spring/summer wardrobe.

I love to be matchy matchy but what I also love is to mix things up a bit. I think these two piece outfits that are so on trend right now are super fun to mix into our wardrobes. If we use our imagination a bit, they give us a variety of options for creating new outfits with just two pieces. Below I have showed you one way I mixed it up with some basics. This outfit is one I would wear out and about with the kids. Sneakers + t-shirt + skirt + scrunchie = fun mom vibes. For real though, this skirt has so much movement to it, I could totally keep up with my littles in this combo.

I am in full spring fever mode and it makes me want to dance! I am working on all the outfits that allow me to shimmy, shake and twirl my way into spring.
