What Is Vlogmas

If you hang out with me mostly on my blog or Instagram, then you may be wondering “What is Vlogmas?” Vlogmas is a Christmas countdown for YouTubers and I first learned about it from my favourite vloggers Alex and Michael. I loved consuming vlogmas videos from my favourite YouTubers every December so I have attempted it in the past and given up half way through December. I am still producing more videos than I normally do this month but definitely not one a day. I will get there though. So YouTubers vlog their daily lives through December and all the fun holiday activities that take place leading up to Christmas.

Vlogging more frequently this December does give me a better flow with my sharing and story telling on my YouTube channel. I actually think its easier to connect with others and share authentically when I do it more frequently. Like anything, I think we get better at it with practice. I think this is also why I get so hooked on watching my favourite vloggers in December, because we get to spend so much more time together, we become more invested in each others lives.
