Instant Eye Lift Makeup Tutorial

In this video I share my favourite tools, products and techniques to achieve a lifted eye and a nice winged liner look. For me, winged liner is one of the trickiest makeup techniques but I love wearing it especially in the winter for a more dramatic look. Truly, it just takes practice and patience to create a winged liner that you love on yourself. My tips are sure to help too!
